胆汁酸在畜禽及水产养殖中的应用

Application of bile acids in livestock and aquaculture

胆汁酸是胆固醇的末端代谢物,具有调控机体糖脂代谢、能量代谢及免疫应答等生理作用,因此,作为一种新型饲料添加剂被广泛应用于动物养殖。本文对胆汁酸的生理功能及其在家禽、生猪、水产和其他动物养殖中的应用现状进行综述,以期为外源性胆汁酸添加提供参考。

Bile acids are terminal metabolites of cholesterol,which can regulate physiological processes such as glucose and lipid metabolism,energy metabolism and immune response in the body,and are widely used as a new type of feed additives in animal husbandry.The physiological functions of bile acids and their current applications in poultry,swine,aquaculture and other animal cultures were summarized in this paper,with a view to providing references for exogenous bile acid additives.
