摘要
为研究中链甘油酯(MCG)复合物对保育猪生产性能、免疫功能及粪便微生物的影响,选取45头体重(13.96±1.10)kg的杜长大保育猪,随机分为3组(A、B、C组),每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪。A组为对照组饲喂基础日粮,B组在基础日粮中添加2 kg/t泰万菌素,C组在基础日粮中添加3 kg/t中链脂肪酸甘油酯复合物。预试期3 d,试验期28 d。结果表明:(1)与A组相比,C组保育猪末均重提高16.53%、平均日增重提高32.21%,料重比降低12.44%(P <0.05),各组间平均日采食量差异不显著;B组、C组腹泻率比A组分别降低了57.61%、83.08%(P>0.05)。(2)与A组、B组相比,C组试验猪血液白细胞数(WBC)分别增加24.84%、31.98%(P <0.05),与B组相比,C组红细胞数(RBC)增加12.07%(P <0.05),C组试验猪血清IgG水平分别较A组、B组提高9.70%、22.56%(P <0.05),各组间IgA、IgM水平无显著性差异。(3)与B组相比,C组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别上升17.44%、21.32%(P <0.05),与A组、B组相比,C组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力分别显增强17.01%、20.65%(P <0.01)。C组猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量低于B组24.83%(P <0.01),低于A组14.83%(P <0.05)。(4)试验结束后,相较于A组、B组,C组粪便大肠杆菌数分别减少25.81%、29.47%(P <0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加MCG复合物可促进保育猪生长,增强免疫功能,提高保育猪抗氧化能力,减少粪便有害菌数量。
The objective of this experiment was the effects of medium-chain glyceride(MCG)complex on performance,immune function and fecal microorganisms of nursery pigs.In this trail,a total of 45 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets weighing(13.96±1.10)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups(group A,B and C)with 3 replicates per group and 5 pigs per replicate.The group A was the base diet,the group B was the base diet supplemented with 2 kg/t Tevanistin,and the group C was the base diet supplemented with 3 kg/t MCG complex.The preliminary experiment period lasted for 3 days and the experiment period lasted for 28days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with group A,the average final weight and average daily gain of pigs in group C were increased by 16.53%,the average daily gain was increased by 32.21%,and the ratio of feed to gain was decreased by 12.44%(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily feed intake among all groups.The diarrhea rate of group B and group C was decreased by 57.61% and 83.08%compared with group A,respectively(P > 0.05).(2)The total blood white blood cell count(WBC) of pigs in group C was increased by 24.84% and 31.98%(P < 0.05)compared with that in groups A and B,respectively,and the total red blood cell count(RBC) of group C was increased by 12.07%(P < 0.05)compared with that in group B.The serum IgG level of pigs in group C was increased by 9.70% and 22.56% compared with that in groups A and B,respectively(P < 0.05),and there were no significant differences in the levels of IgA and IgM among groups.(3)Compared with group B,the activities of serum catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in group C were increased by 17.44% and 21.32%(P < 0.05) compared with groups A and B,the activities of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in group C were significantly increased by 17.01%and 20.65%,respectively(P < 0.01).The serum molondialdehyde(MDA) content in group C was lower than that in group B(24.83%)and that in group A(14.83%)(P < 0.05).(4)After the experiment,compared with groups A and B,the number of fecal Escherichia coli in group C was decreased by 25.81% and 29.47%,respectively(P < 0.05).The results indicated that dietary supplementation of MCG complex could promote the growth of nursery pigs,enhance immune function,improve antioxidant capacity and reduce the number of fecal harmful bacteria.
