摘要
师德师风是评价教师队伍素质的第一标准,学校要全面、客观、公正地评价教师的师德师风表现,一体化推进教师思想政治教育、师德师风和育人能力,弘扬教育家精神。通过理论研究与调研相结合,探索建立以“明大德”“守公德”“严私德”为基本架构,囊括师德师风底线要求和引领性指标,展现高职院校教师发展特色的师德师风量化考核评价体系。将该体系应用于实践,对全面、客观地反映教师的师德师风表现,促进教师整体素养提升,具有重要的现实指导意义。
Teaching morality is the first standard to evaluate the quality of teachers.Schools should comprehensively,objectively and fairly evaluate the performance of teacher's teaching morality,integrate the promotion of ideological and political education,professional ethics and conduct,and educational abilities,and promote the spirit of educators.Through the combination of theoretical and investigation research,explore and establish a teaching morality quantitative assessment system composed of"national responsibility""public morality"and"personal morality",including the minimum requirements and leading indicators of teaching morality,and reflect the development characteristics of vocational college teachers.Applying this system to practice has important practical guidance significance for comprehensively and objectively reflecting the teacher's teaching morality,promoting the overall improvement of teacher literacy.
