“一带一路”背景下援外硕士人才培养定位研究——以哈尔滨商业大学旅游管理专业为例

Research on Positioning of Foreign Aid Master's Talent Cultivation under Background of“The Belt and Road”——Taking Tourism Management Major of Harbin University of Commerce as an Example

在“一带一路”背景下,中国和其他国家的交流合作逐渐密切,国家间的旅游活动也愈加频繁。“一带一路”沿线国家需要大量旅游管理专业人才,这就对旅游管理援外硕士的人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。在新时期,援外项目的承办院校如何满足这些要求,更好地完成培养任务,已成为各个旅游管理援外硕士管理机构要审慎考虑的问题。为此,从四个方面提出适于旅游管理援外硕士人才培养定位的看法,包括服务面向定位、人才培养目标定位、教学过程定位和素质能力定位,旨在为哈尔滨商业大学旅游管理援外硕士培养提供依据和理论指导,同时也为国内其他院校开展旅游管理援外教育项目的人才培养提供经验与借鉴。

On the background of“the Belt and Road”,the communication and co-operation between China and other countries are getting closer and closer,and the tourism activities between the countries are getting more and more frequent.The countries along“the Belt and Road”will need a large number of tourism management professionals,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of talent cultivation of the foreign aid master's degree in tourism management.In the new period,how the host colleges and universities of foreign aid programs can meet these requirements and better complete the training tasks has become an issue to be carefully considered by master's degree management institution of tourism management foreign aid.Therefore,the author puts forward the views on the cultivation orientation of foreign aid masters in tourism management from four aspects,including service-oriented orientation,talent training objective orientation,teaching process orientation and quality ability orientation.These suggestions aimed to provide a basis and theoretical guidance for the cultivation of foreign aid masters in tourism management at Harbin University of Commerce,and also provide experience and reference for the cultivation of talents in other institutions to carry out the tourism management foreign aid education programs in China.
