打造一支高质量特殊教育教师队伍是融合教育发展的根本依靠和核心力量,推动特殊教育教师专业发展是特殊教育教师队伍高水平建设的必然要求。当下特殊教育教师专业发展面临着诸多困境:于特殊教育教师队伍而言,师生比失调、专业不对口;于特殊教育教师个体而言,沟通合作能力亟须提升、职后培训工作不完善、自我专业发展动力缺失。可以通过以下几种方式突破特殊教育教师专业发展困境:加快复合型特殊教育师资的培养,注重培养职前教师的融合素养,重视建立普特教师合作共同体,加强普特融合教育培训工作,全方位加大融合教育支持力度。

Building a high-quality special education teacher team is the fundamental reliance and core force for integrating education development,and promoting the professional development of special education teachers is an inevitable requirement for the high-level construction of the special education teacher team.At present,the professional development of special education teachers faces many difficulties:for the special education teacher team,the teacher-student ratio is imbalanced and the profession is not aligned;For individual special education teachers,there is an urgent need to improve their communication and cooperation abilities,with incomplete post service training and a lack of motivation for self professional development.We can overcome the professional development dilemma of special education teachers by accelerating the cultivation of composite special education teachers;Pay attention to cultivating the integration literacy of pre-service teachers;Emphasize the establishment of a cooperative community for ordinary and special teachers;Strengthen the integration of ordinary and special education and training work;Intensify support for integrated education in all aspects.
