以党的二十大精神引领高校公益创业协同教育模式的探究

Exploring the Collaborative Education Model of Social Entrepreneurship in Colleges and Universities Led by the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress

摘要 在大众创业、万众创新的广泛呼吁下,大学生公益创业作为新兴事物展现出了独特的魅力。随着公益创业的逐步推进,大学生在公益创业教育方面的多层次需求日益凸显,当前的教育模式已难以满足这一多元复杂的发展趋势。基于此,在协同育人视域下,深入剖析高校公益创业教育发展现状与面临困境,根据党的二十大精神,从高校、政府、企业、社会组织4个主体出发,为高校公益创业教育模式优化提出可行性方案,为大学生的就业创业开辟新机遇,为高校的创新创业教育改革提供新思路。 Under the widespread appeal of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,college students'social entrepre-neurship has shown its unique charm as a new thing.With the gradual advancement of social entrepreneurship,col-lege students have increasingly prominent multi-level needs in social entrepreneurship education,and the current education model can no longer meet this diversified and complex development trend.Based on this,from the per-spective of collaborative education,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development status quo and diffi-culties of college students'social entrepreneurship education.According to the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,it proposes feasible plans for the optimization of the social entrepreneurship education mode in colleges and universities from the four subjects of the college,the government,the enterprise and the social organi-zation,so as to open up new opportunities for college students'employment and entrepreneurship,and inject new ideas into the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
