矿山机电系统中智能控制技术的应用研究

摘要 随着工业自动化与信息技术的飞速发展,矿山机电系统越来越多地采用了智能控制技术。引入智能控制技术后,矿山机电系统作业效率显著提高,系统安全性得到加强,设备寿命得到有效延长。矿山机械设备控制系统经过智能化向更高层次自动化方向发展,达到作业过程实时监控与优化调度。矿山电气系统智能化又注重能量高效利用与电气安全问题,矿山液压系统智能化又注重精确控制与故障预防。矿山监控系统智能化通过集成先进传感器与数据分析技术对矿山生产进行综合信息支持与决策辅助。通过对智能控制技术助力矿山机电系统未来的发展进行展望,以期为这一领域技术的更新和创新提供理论参考及应用指南。 With the rapid development of industrial automation and information technology,intelligent control technology is being increasingly used in the mining electromechanical system.After the introduction of intelligent control technology,the operation efficiency of the mining electromechanical system has been significantly im-proved,the security of the system has been strengthened,and the service life of equipment has been effectively ex-tended.The mining mechanical equipment control system is developing towards a higher level of automation through intelligence,achieving the real-time monitoring and optimal scheduling of the operation process.The in-telligence of the mining electrical system focuses on efficient energy utilization and electrical safety issues,the intelli-gence of the mining hydraulic system emphasizes precise control and fault prevention,and the intelligence of the mining monitoring system integrates advanced sensors and data analysis technologies to provide comprehensive in-formation support and decision-making assistance for mine production.This study looks forward to the future de-velopment of the application of intelligent control technology to the mining electromechanical system,with a view to providing theoretical reference and application guidance for technological update and innovation in this field.
