摘要
智能设备在汽车零部件制造中的应用得到了长足发展,然而当前的技术应用还存在一定的局限性,面临着技术挑战。为提高生产效率和降低运维成本,对汽车零部件制造中的柔性智能设备应实施有效的应用策略,并进行技术评估与性能分析,这包括智能监控与自动化技术的应用、数据驱动的维护与优化、柔性生产线的配置与调整、集成技术的应用与创新。
The application of intelligent equipment in automotive component manufacturing has made significant progress,but current technological application still has certain limitations and faces technological challenges.In or-der to improve production efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs,effective application strategies should be implemented for intelligent flexible equipment in automotive component manufacturing,and technical evaluation and performance analysis should be conducted,which include the application of the intelligent monitor-ing and automation technology,the maintenance and optimization of data driving,the configuration and adjust-ment of flexible production lines,and the application and innovation of the integrated technology.
