体医融合发展困境与出路研究——以上海市为例

Research on the Dilemma andWay out of the Development of Integration of Sports and Medical Care——Taking Shanghai as an Example

采用文献资料、理论分析、逻辑分析、实地调查、专家访谈等方法对上海市体医融合的发展现状进行研究,剖析上海市体医融合发展过程中存在的问题,并提出进一步完善的路径:加强政策顶层设计;健全人才培养机制,构建终身学习生态;加强资源供给、扶持,体育、医疗资源共享;构建体医联管模式,因地制宜探寻出路。

Based on literature,theoretical analysis,logical analysis,field survey and expert interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the development of integration of sports and medical care in Shanghai,analyz-es the main problems in its development,and puts forward the way for further improvement:Strengthening the top-level design of policies;Perfecting the talent training mechanism and building a lifelong learning ecology;Strengthening resource supply and support,and sharing sports and medical resources;Constructing the mode of joint management of sports and medical care,and exploring the way out according to local conditions.
