全天候高均匀性光环境照明系统设计

摘要 为解决飞机座舱人机工效实验所需的座舱外全天候高均匀性光环境模拟问题,对光源模组发光机理与照度叠加原理进行了研究。建立了大面积LED环境光照系统光照数学模型,通过测试计算和仿真设计分析设计了大面积、高均匀性、快速可调的全天候光环境照明系统,并对供电电流、光源发光角、光源排布等因素进行了分析。当光源分布确定后,光环境照明系统的均匀性主要取决于供电稳定性和一致性,系统的供电稳定性与一致性越高则照度的均匀性也越高,系统的光照度取决于系统电功率的大小,系统电功率越大,则光照度越强;当光源的供电功率确定后,照度的均匀性和动态范围取决光源的数量和分布,光源发光角以及光源排布间距越小则照度的动态范围越小,照度的均匀性越高。搭建一套10 m×10 m的大面积光环境模拟系统,该系统照度从正午1.5×10^(5) lx到夜晚星光0.01 lx的8个数量级大范围可调,3 000~6 500 K全天候色温范围可调,照度均匀性超过95%。实验结果表明该系统满足飞机座舱外所需的大面积高强度、高均匀性的光环境模拟系统的设计要求。 In order to solve the simulation problem of all-weather high uniformity light environment outside the cockpit required for ergonomics experiment,a mathematical model of large-area LED environmental lighting system is established by studying the luminous mechanism and illuminance superposition principle of the light source module.An all-weather lighting system with large area,high uniformity and fast adjustment is designed by means of test calculation and simulation design.The power supply current,light source Angle and light source arrangement are analyzed.When the light source distribution is determined,the uniformity of the lighting system mainly depends on the stability and consistency of the power supply,the higher the stability and consistency of the power supply of the system,the higher the uniformity of the illuminance,the illuminance of the system depends on the size of the electrical power of the system,the greater the electrical power of the system,the stronger the illuminance.When the power supply of the light source is determined,the uniformity and dynamic range of illumination depend on the number and distribution of the light source.The smaller the luminous Angle of the light source and the spacing of the light source,the smaller the dynamic range of illumination and the higher the uniformity of illumination.A large area light environment simulation system of 10 m×10 m is built.The illuminance of the system can be adjusted from 1.5×10^(5)lx at noon to 0.01 lx at night.The all-weather color temperature range of 3000 to 6500 K can be adjusted,and the uniformity of illuminance is over 95%.The experimental verification results meet the design requirements for a large-area,high-intensity,high-uniformity light environment simulation system required outside the aircraft cockpit.The experimental verification results meet the design requirements of a large-area,high-intensity and high-uniformity optical environment simulation system for aircraft outside the cockpit,and can provide a reference for the design of the external light environment required for aircraft cabin ergonomics experiments or optical metrology.
