摘要
为满足大空间结构的质量和安全,通常会选用大跨度超高截面及钢-混凝土组合结构承担主要构件的受力,然而为满足现场大跨度超高结构的施工质量与安全,钢骨结构的节点深化连接与支撑安全等环节是首先需要解决的问题。在北京市城市规划设计研究院新建业务综合楼工程建设中,为解决多功能厅上部大跨度超限钢骨梁的安装与连接施工难题,合理优化超限钢骨的拼装连接节点,调整钢骨与钢筋的连接节点方式,更新关键施工技术等方法,大幅加快了大跨度超高钢骨梁的施工进度,节约了施工成本,保障了结构的质量与安全,可为类似项目提供参考。
In order to ensure the quality and safety of large-space structures,combinations of largespan ultra-high sections and steel-concrete structures are usually applied to bear the loads on primary members.However,the first issues to be settled for the construction quality and safety of large-span ultra-high structures include the in-depth node connection and safe support of steel skeleton structures.During the construction of the new complex business of Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning and Design,measures were taken to overcome construction difficulties in installation and connection of large-span ultra-high steel skeleton beams at the top of the multi-function hall,including reasonable optimization of assembly joints of the ultra-high steel skeleton,adjustment of joints between the steel skeleton and steel bars,and updating of key construction technologies,thereby greatly accelerating the construction progress of large-span ultra-high steel skeleton beam,reducing construction costs,ensuring the structural quality and safety and providing a reference for similar projects.
