丝素蛋白溶液流变及固化方式的研究

摘要 采用最优溶解工艺制备丝素蛋白溶液,在制备纯丝素蛋白溶液时,通过添加高黏度材料来提高溶液的黏度和浓度,探讨了高黏度材料的添加浓度对溶液黏度和打印效果的影响,从而确定最优添加质量分数。并研究了光固化对3D打印织物的成型和外观质量的影响,确定了打印织物的最佳固化方式及工艺。 The optimal dissolution process was used to prepare silk fibroin protein solution.In the preparation of pure silk fibroin protein solution,the high viscosity material was added to improve the viscosity and concentration of solution,and the effect of the concentration of the high viscosity material on the viscosity and printing effect of solution,so as to determine the optimal mass fraction of addition.The influence of light curing on the forming and appearance quality of 3D printed fabric were studied,and the best curing method and process of printed fabric were determined.
