摘要
碳纤维复合材料是目前耐高温性能最好的防护材料之一,其具有较高的隔热性、强度,但是其内部结构复杂,容易产生内部缺陷,影响其使用寿命。超声相控阵检测技术能准确地检测其缺陷的大小、位置等信息。主要针对碳纤维复合材料内部的缺陷检测问题,在缺陷回波识别算法的基础之上,利用超声相控阵检测技术,对具有分层缺陷的试件进行检测,并对检测结果进行三维可视化表征,验证算法的可行性以及准确性。研究表明,该检测方法对于表面缺陷的检测准确率较高。
Carbon fiber composites is currently one of the best protective materials with high temperature resistance.It has high thermal insulation and strength,but its internal structure is complex,easy to produce internal defects,which affect its service life.Ultrasonic phased array tesing technology can accurately detect the size,location and other information of its defects.The problem of defect detection inside carbon fiber composites was mainly focused on.On the basis of the defect echo recognition algorithm,ultrasonic phased control array testing technology was used to detect specimens with layered defects,and the test results were three-dimensional visualization characterization to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm.The results show that this method has high accuracy for surface defect detection.
