摘要
复合材料成型过程中,热压罐内的温度场、工装热分布等都会影响零件的温度均匀性,进而影响零件的成型质量。对一种盆型结构复合材料成型工装的热分布进行了研究,分析了工装结构、热压罐与升、降温速率对工装热分布的影响,试验结果表明,工装结构是影响热分布的关键因素,热压罐尺寸及工装在热压罐中的位置对热分布有明显影响,降低升、降温速率有利于工装热分布均匀。
In the process of composites forming,the temperature field in the autoclave and the thermal distribution of the tooling will affect the temperature uniformity of the parts,and then affect the forming quality of the parts.The thermal distribution of a basin-type tooling was studied,and the influence of tooling structure,autoclave equipment,heating,cooling rate were analyzed.The experimental results show that tooling structure is the key factor affecting the thermal distribution,the size of autoclave and the position of tooling in the autoclave have obvious effects,and reducing heating rate and cooling rate is benefit to uniformity of the thermal distribution of the tooling.
