摘要
为进一步降低排水渠底的磨损,将聚乙烯醇纤维掺入细石混凝土,分析细石混凝土各项性能与聚乙烯醇纤维掺量之间的关系,分别设计试验探究混凝土扩展度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗压强度和抗折强度等的发展变化。试验结果显示:聚乙烯醇纤维的掺加能够有效降低混凝土的扩展度,提升劈裂抗拉强度与抗折强度,且纤维掺量越高变化幅度越大;所使用的混凝土强度等级高也会有效提升纤维掺加对细石混凝土性能的改良效果;细石混凝土抗压强度随聚乙烯醇纤维掺量提升而表现出前期增加后期降低的发展趋势,其中抗压强度峰值出现于掺加0.8 kg/m^(3)聚乙烯醇纤维时。
To further reduce the wear of the channel bottom,polyvinyl alcohol fibers were added to fine aggregate concrete,the relationship between the properties of fine aggregate concrete and the content of polyvinyl alcohol fibers was analyzed,and development and change of the expansion,splitting tensile strength,compressive strength,and flexural strength of concrete were studied by designing experiments respectively.The experimental results show that the addition of polyvinyl alcohol fibers can effectively reduce the expansion degree of concrete and improve the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength,and the higher the fiber content,the greater the change range,and the higher the strength grade of concrete used will also effectively improve the improvement effect of fiber addition on the performance of fine aggregate concrete.With the increase of polyvinyl alcohol fibers content,the compressive strength of fine aggregate concrete shows a trend of increasing in the early stage and decreasing in the later stage,and the peak compressive strength appears when adding 0.8 kg/m^(3) polyvinyl alcohol fibers.
