“双减”背景下社会体育俱乐部与学校融合的机遇、挑战与路径

摘要 随着人们对素质教育的重视,社会体育俱乐部为代表的社会团队迎来发展的良好时机。围绕“双减”政策下社会体育俱乐部与学校融合的机遇、挑战与路径,首先分析国家政策、教育理念和社会发展需求对俱乐部与学校融合的促进作用带来的发展机遇,同时从政策不足、俱乐部问题、管理、教学内容和成效等方面分析融合过程中的挑战。为更好地发展社会体育俱乐部,本研究提出建立联动机制、健全评价机制、完善监督机制和强化实践功能等路径,促进俱乐部与学校的有效融合。 With people's attention to quality education,social sports clubs as the representative of the social team has golden opportunity for development.However,there are still challenges for improvement.This study mainly discusses the opportunities,challenges and paths of the integration of social sports clubs with schools under the "double reduction" policy.First,it analyzes the development opportunities brought about by national policies,educational concepts and the integration of clubs and schools.Meanwhile,it analyzes the challenges in the integration process from the aspects of policy deficiencies,club problems,management,teaching content and effectiveness.In order to better develop social sports clubs,this study puts forward the ways of establishing linkage mechanism,perfecting evaluation mechanism,perfecting supervision mechanism and strengthening practical function,so as to promote the effective integration of clubs and schools.
