喀斯特源Gordonia sp.Khangiran3次级代谢产物及其生物活性研究

摘要 对一株贵州喀斯特土壤来源的戈登氏菌Gordonia sp.Khangiran3进行次级代谢产物研究。采用硅胶柱层析及高效液相色谱仪等方法,从该菌株发酵液中分离得到14个单体化合物;利用现代波谱技术如质谱及核磁共振谱等鉴定其化学结构分别为cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Ile)(1),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Leu)(2),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Phe)(3),cyclo-(l-Pro-l-Trp)(4),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Ala)(5),cyclo-(l-Leu-Gly)(6),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Tyr)(7),cyclo-(d-Leu-d-Ala)(8),cyclo-(l-4-OH-Pro-d-Phe)(9),cyclo-(l-Pro-l-Ser)(10),cyclo-(l-4-OH-Pro-l-Leu)(11),cyclo-(l-4-OH-Pro-d-Leu)(12),N-Acetyltryptamine(13),N-Propionyltryptamine(14)。其中化合物1~14均为首次从该戈登氏菌中分离得到。对化合物1~14进行了体外抑菌和黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制活性测试,药理结果显示,化合物1~14均未显示出明显的抑菌和黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制活性。 The secondary metabolites of Gordonia sp.Khangiran3 isolated from the Krast-derived soil in Guizhou were studied.Fourteen compounds were isolated from the culture broth of this strain by combined using silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and their chemical structures were identified using modern spectroscopic techniques such as mass spectrometry(MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),including cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Ile)(1),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Leu)(2),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Phe)(3),cyclo-(l-Pro-l-Trp)(4),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Ala)(5),cyclo-(l-Leu-Gly)(6),cyclo-(l-Pro-d-Tyr)(7),cyclo-(d-Leu-d-Ala)(8),cyclo-(l-4-OH-Pro-d-Phe)(9),cyclo-(l-Pro-l-Ser)(10),cyclo-(l-4-OH-Pro-l-Leu)(11),cyclo-(l-4-OH-Pro-d-Tyr)(12),N-Acetyltryptamine(13),N-Propionyltryptamine(14).Compounds 1~14 were isolated from the Gordonia sp.Khangiran3 for the first time.The isolated compounds 1~14 were tested for their antibacterial and Xanthine oxidase inhibition activity.The biological activity results showed that all compounds had no antibacterial and Xanthine oxidase inhibition activity.
