摘要
运用X射线衍射法对10种化学物质标准样品进行分析研究,建立10种常见食品添加化学物质X射线衍射快速定性分析方法。实验结果表明,X射线衍射均可对这10种化学物质的纯品检材快速准确定性分析,X射线衍射分析受基质影响小。由实验结果可知,硼砂、溴酸钾、碳酸钠、磷酸二氢钠纯品最佳检测粒度为150~180μm,连二亚硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠纯品最佳检测粒度为106~150μm,硼酸、硫酸铝铵、硫氰酸钠、六水氯化镁纯品最佳检测粒度为大于180μm。X射线衍射方法稳定性较好,可在一定程度上满足公安机关在打击食药环违法犯罪中对食品中非法添加化学物质原料的快速定性分析需求。
Through X-ray diffraction analysis of ten chemical standard samples,a rapid qualitative analysis method for 10 common food additive chemicals using X-ray diffraction was established.Experimental results showed that X-ray diffraction can quickly and accurately identify pure specimens of the 10 chemical substances,and the influence of matrix on X-ray diffraction analysis was small.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the best detection particle size of borax,potassium bromate,sodium carbonate,sodium dihydrogen phosphate pure product was 150~180μm,the best detection particle size of sodium dithionite,sodium bicarbonate pure product was 106~150μm,and the best detection particle size of boric acid,ammonium aluminium sulphate,sodium thiocyanate,magnesium chloride hexahydrate pure product was greater than 180μm.X-ray diffraction method had good stability and can meet the needs of public security organs in the fight against food and drug environmental crimes for the rapid qualitative analysis of illegal added chemical substances in food.
