有机物中微量溴离子的检测方法

摘要 建立了一种以氯胺T为氧化剂,酚红作显色剂测定有机物中微量溴的分光光度法。有机样品与水不互溶时,先进行萃取后取水层检测;有机样品与水互溶时应适当浓缩蒸馏后操作检测,一般无机水溶液也适用于此方法。本法成本低、操作简单,适用于批量样品分析,能够快速准确地检测样品中溴离子浓度。结果表明,当Br^(-)浓度为0.2~2.0μg·mL^(-1)时符合朗伯-比尔定律,加标回收率为95.4%~101.2%,重复性试验RSD为1.10%。 A spectrophotometric method was developed for the detection of micro-amount bromine in organic matter by first extracting the organic sample and then taking the aqueous layer,using Chloramine T as the oxidant and Phenol Red as the chromogenic agent.When the organic sample and water were not miscible,the water extraction layer shall be tested after extraction.When organic samples were miscible with water,they should be properly concentrated and distilled before operation and detection.General inorganic aqueous solutions were also suitable for this method.This method was low cost,simple to operate and suitable for batch sample analysis.The bromide ion concentrations of 0.2~2.0μg·mL^(-1) were in accordance with the Lambert-Beer law,the recovery were 95.4%~101.2%,the repeatability test RSD was 1.10%.
