摘要
铁选尾矿废水排水量大,但硬度较高,难以进行回收利用。为减少废水外排,实现废水资源化利用,同时降低吨钢耗新水量,污水处理厂在现有工艺基础上增加“石灰+碳酸钠”除硬工艺处理尾矿废水,出水的硬度、总铁等指标可满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB-T 19923-2005)标准,出水回用至选矿厂作为生产补水,年节约生产新水消耗量为645万m^(3)。自此,产生的工业废水全部得以回用,无废水外排。
Iron-selected tailings wastewater displacement is large,but the hardness is high,and it is difficult to recycle.In order to reduce the wastewater discharge and achieve the use of wastewater resources,while reducing the new water consumption of tons of steel,the sewage treatment plant increases“lime+sodium carbonate”on the basis of the existing process.Such indicators can meet the standards of“The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality standard for industrial uses”(GB-T 19923-2005)standards,and the water selection plant is used as a hydration,and every year the consumption of new water can be saved about 6.45 million m^(3).Since then,all the industrial wastewater produced can be used for use,without wastewater.
