不同营养化程度下探究Cd对浮萍生长的影响

摘要 随着经济的快速发展,水体富营养化和重金属污染问题日益突出,在水资源利用和水生物生长方面带来了不利影响。以浮萍为研究对象,通过测定含镉(Cd)的不同程度营养化水体中浮萍叶绿素、可溶性糖含量和生物量,探究不同的富营养化程度下重金属Cd对浮萍生长的影响。研究表明,基于富营养化程度下Cd处理对浮萍叶绿素a含量的影响极显著(p<0.01),对叶绿素b含量影响无显著性差异,对可溶性糖含量影响极显著(p<0.01),对浮萍的生长有抑制作用。 With the rapid economic development,water eutrophication and heavy metal pollution have become increasingly prominent,which have brought adverse effects on the utilization of water resources and the growth of aquatic organisms.Duckweed was selected as the research object,by measuring the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and biomass of duckweed in different levels of nutritive water containing cadmium(Cd),the effects of heavy metal Cd on the growth of duckweed were explored under different levels of eutrophication.The results showed that under the condition of eutrophication,Cd treatment had a significant effect on the content of chlorophyll A(p<0.01),but had no significant effect on the content of chlorophyll b(p<0.01),and had a significant effect on the content of soluble sugar(p<0.01),and inhibited the growth of duckweed.
