数字化变革赋能学习型社会建设理路论析

摘要 在数字化浪潮的推动下,学习型社会建设正处于向纵深发展阶段。数字化变革与学习型社会建设之间存在深度契合关系,这不仅体现在教育和社会需求的变化中,也体现在终身学习的时代要求和国家战略与政策导向中。数字化变革促进学习型社会建设向高质量迈进,表现为:技术创新加快教育模式转变;跨界融合丰富教育形式;社会发展推动教育成效提升。具体而言,数字化变革赋能学习型社会建设的进路包括:一是推动政策支持与制度建设,以适应教育模式和社会需求的变化;二是加快技术创新与推广,以提高教育效率和质量;三是构建多方联动合作机制,以促进教育资源的共享和优化配置。 Driven by the digital wave,the construction of a learning society is in a stage of deepening development.There is a deep fit between digital transformation and the construction of a learning society,which is not only reflected in the changes in education and social needs,but also in the requirements of lifelong learning and the guidance of national strategic policies.The digital transformation promotes the construction of a learning society towards high quality,manifested in:technological innovation accelerates the transformation of educational models;cross border integration helps enrich educational forms;social development promotes the improvement of educational effectiveness.Specifically,the pathways of empowering the construction of a learning society through digital transformation include:firstly,promoting policy support and institutional construction to adapt to changes in educational models and social needs;secondly,accelerating technological innovation and promotion to improve educational efficiency and quality;thirdly,establishing a multi-party collaborative mechanism to promote the sharing and optimization of educational resources.
