在新时代背景下,加快建设高等教育高质量发展体系的呼声愈发强烈。同时,高校学生组织作为自我教育与管理、团结与影响学生的组织阵地,应在高等教育高质量发展的进程中扮演“助手”“纽带”“舞台”与“榜样”等角色,进而发挥教育、治理、实践与示范等功能。基于此,高校应积极构建“以生为本”的治理模式,成为高等教育高质量发展的外部支撑;学生组织应不断完善内部的治理结构,为实现高等教育的高质量发展注入磅礴的青春力量。

Under the background of the new era,the call for accelerating the construction of a high-quality development system for higher education has become increasingly strong.At the same time,as an organizational position for self-education and management,unity and influence of students,college student organizations should play the roles of“assistant”,“link”,“stage”and“model”in the process of high-quality development of higher education,and then play the functions of education,governance,practice and demonstration.Based on this,universities should actively build a“student-oriented”governance model to become the external support for the high-quality development of higher education.Student organizations should constantly improve their internal governance structure to inject great youthful power into the high-quality development of higher education.
