摘要
工科院校是工匠精神人才培育的主体,肩负着重要历史使命。工匠精神将助力实现中国制造新一轮的崛起,将工匠精神融入机械专业人才培养过程是践行社会主义核心价值观的重要体现,也是提升新时期机械专业人才培养质量的时代诉求。文章提出了将工匠精神融入机械职业教育的基础理念,在教育过程中公共课与专业课的课程设置方面注重工匠精神思政教育的实施,从而达到思政教育与专业教育并驾齐驱的预期目标。
Engineering colleges and universities are the main body of the cultivation of the spirit of workmanship talents and shoulder an important historical mission.The spirit of workmanship will help achieve a new round of the rise of Chinese manufacturing;integrating the spirit of workmanship into the training process of mechanical major is an important embodiment of practicing the core values of socialism;it is also the demand of the times to improve the quality of machinal major talent training in the new era.This paper puts forward the basic idea of integrating the spirit of workmanship into mechanical vocational education,and pays attention to the implementation of the ideological and political education of the spirit of workmanship in the process of education from the curriculum setting of public courses and professional courses,to achieve the expected goal of parallel ideological and political education and professional education.
