高职劳动教育“校村合作”模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of the“College-Rural Cooperation”Model for Higher Vocational Labor Education

在乡村振兴背景下,推动高职劳动教育高质量发展能够提高大学生的劳动素养和社会实践能力,促进农村地区的发展和社会进步。文章针对高职劳动教育存在的主要问题,在深化“校村合作”劳动教育模式基础上,总结了高职劳动教育课程改革的思路与实践经验,并通过实证分析验证了该模式对人才培养质量、毕业生职业发展,以及促进乡村振兴方面的积极作用,为高职劳动教育融入乡村振兴战略提供了相关参考。

In the context of rural revitalization,promoting the development of higher vocational labor education towards high quality can enhance the labor literacy and social practical ability of college students,and promote the development and social progress of rural areas.In response to the main problems in higher vocational labor education,this article summarizes the reform ideas and practical experience of higher vocational labor education curriculum based on deepening the“College-Rural Cooperation”labor education model.Through empirical analysis,it verifies the positive effects of this model on the quality of talent training,graduates’career development,and promoting rural revitalization.It provides relevant references for integrating higher vocational labor education into the rural revitalization strategy.
