摘要
国内饲料需求增长放缓,越来越多的饲料企业增设海外业务,力求维持饲料原料的供给安全,并以海外市场的增量提高饲料企业的经济效益。在此背景下,饲料企业对从业人员的职业能力提出了更高要求。而高校作为人才培养的摇篮,要想培养出符合饲料企业实际需求的外贸人才,需要针对学生专业知识、岗位能力、综合素质方面的短板问题制定针对性的实习实训策略。一方面,通过岗位实习、技能实训、就业实践等途径强化饲料外贸专业人才培养质量,另一方面,以高素质的饲料外贸人才帮助饲料企业进军海外市场,提高饲料企业在国际市场中的竞争优势。
The slowing growth of domestic feed demand has led to more and more feed enterprises establishing overseas businesses,striving to maintain the safety of feed raw material supply and improve the economic benefits of feed enterprises with the increase of overseas markets.In this context,feed enterprises have higher requirements for the professional abilities of their employees.As the cradle of talent cultivation,universities need to develop targeted internship and training strategies to meet the actual needs of feed enterprises in foreign trade,in order to address the shortcomings of students in professional knowledge,job abilities,and comprehensive qualities.On the one hand,through job internships,skill training,and employment practices,we can strengthen the quality of talent cultivation in feed foreign trade.On the other hand,with high-quality feed foreign trade talents,we can help feed enterprises enter overseas markets and improve their competitive advantage in the international market.
