双因素理论视角下人性化管理对饲料企业绩效的影响

摘要 当今日趋激烈的市场竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。鉴于人才的重要性,越来越多的饲料企业开始重视人力资源管理,并深入研究员工思想、行为对企业绩效的影响。从管理心理学角度分析,人性化管理进一步强调了员工的人性要素,如对员工的尊重、认同以及适当的物质精神激励等,并通过提高员工工作积极性和满意度的方式对饲料企业绩效构成正面影响。为便于分析,本文从双因素理论视角出发,详细探讨了人性化管理对饲料企业绩效的影响,以期提高饲料企业的市场竞争力,助力饲料企业的可持续发展。 Today's increasingly fierce market competition ultimately boils down to talent competition.Given the importance of talent,more and more feed companies are paying attention to human resource management and conducting in-depth research on the impact of employee thinking and behavior on business performance.From the perspective of management psychology,humanized management further emphasizes the human elements of employees,such as respect,identification,and appropriate material and spiritual incentives.By improving employee work enthusiasm and satisfaction,it has a positive impact on the performance of feed enterprises.For the convenience of analysis,this article starts from the perspective of the two factor theory and explores in detail the impact of humanized management on the performance of feed enterprises,in order to improve the market competitiveness of feed enterprises and help them achieve sustainable development.
