校企协同育人背景下饲料企业“三创型”人才培养研究

Research on“Three-innovation”talents training of feed enterprises under the background of school-enterprise cooperation

我国饲料业逐步向现代化、工业化、规模化转变,这对饲料企业“三创型”人才培养提出更高的要求,校企协同共育使得人才培养事半功倍,但要解决现实中高校人才培养与饲料企业需求不匹配、技术实践平台建设欠缺等问题,文章提出更新人才培养理念,确立复合型、应用型、创业型人才培养理念;创新多元化人才培育模式,如校企合作办学、高校引入企业、合作培养等;拓展人才实践平台,加强政府、高校、企业间合作,为饲料企业提供源源不断的“三创型”人才储备。

The feed industry in our country is gradually changing to modernization,industrialization and scale,which puts forward higher requirements for the training of“Three-innovation”talents in feed enterprises,but in order to solve the problems such as the mismatch between the talents training and the feed enterprises,the lack of the construction of the technical practice platform,etc,we should establish the concept of training compound,applied and enterprising talents,innovate diversified talents training modes,such as school-enterprise cooperation,introducing enterprises into universities,cooperative training,etc,strengthen the cooperation among the government,universities and enterprises to provide a continuous supply of“Threeinnovation”talent reserve for Feed Enterprises.
