基于“职业院校现场工程师专项培养计划”的道路与桥梁工程技术专业建设探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Road and Bridge Engineering Technology Major Based on the"Special Training Plan for Field Engineers in Vocational Colleges"

以“职业院校工程师专项培养计划”为依据,广西交通职业技术学院联合北部湾投资集团有限公司,在校企共同构建“四融四阶”课程体系,建设平台课程、模块化课程和“项目+活页”数字化教材的形式联合开发课程教学资源,实施“双主体育人、双导师教学、校内校外教学工场”三双融合的教学组织形式,创新考核评价方式等方面提出了道路与桥梁工程技术专业建设的基本思路,初步形成了一种道路与桥梁工程技术专业现场工程师培养的模式,为其他兄弟院校培养职业类现场工程师提供借鉴。

Based on the"Special Training Plan for Vocational College Engineers",Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technical college,in collaboration with Bei bu Gulf Investment Group Co.,Ltd.,has jointly constructed a"four integration and four level"curriculum system,constructed platform courses,modular courses,and jointly developed course teaching resources in the form of"project+loose leaf"digital textbooks The basic ideas for the construction of the Road and Bridge Engineering Technology major have been proposed in terms of the implementation of a teaching organization form that integrates"dual sports personnel,dual mentor teaching,and on campus and off campus teaching workshops",as well as innovative assessment and evaluation methods.A preliminary model for the training of on-site engineers in the Road and Bridge Engineering Technology major has been formed,providing reference for other sister colleges to cultivate vocational on-site engineers.
