基于个性化服务的健康管理模式在体检中心的应用及效果评估分析

摘要 目的 探讨基于个性化服务的健康管理模式在体检中心的应用效果。方法 按照时间顺序,将在个性化服务的健康管理模式实施前(2020年9月至2021年8月)体检人群作为对照组(60例),实施后(2021年9月至2022年8月)作为观察组(60例),比较2组体检人员基本情况、健康知识掌握程度情况、体检满意度、依从性情况。结果 观察组疾病认知、社会支持、营养状况评分高于对照组,躯体疾病及心理状况评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体检满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体检依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在体检中心实施基于个性化服务的健康管理模式,可提供优质的护理服务,提高体检人群健康知识知晓率、体检满意度及依从性,对人们的健康维持起到推动作用,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of personalized service-based health management model in physical examination center.Methods According to the time sequence,the physical examination population before the implementation of personalized services-based health management model(September 2020 to August 2021)were taken as the control group(n=60)and those after the implementation(September 2021 to August 2022)as the observation group(n=60),and the basic situation,the mastery of health knowledge,the satisfaction,and the compliance in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of disease cognition,social support and nutritional status in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the scores of physical disease and psychological status in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of health knowledge,satisfaction and compliance of physical examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the personalized service-based health management model in the physical examination center can provide high-quality nursing services,improve the awareness rate of health knowledge of physical examiners,physical examination satisfaction and compliance,and promote the maintenance of people’s health,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
