壬寅年运气特点对于冠心病的影响及临床用药指导

Brief Discussion on the Impact of the Characteristics of Five Circuits and Six Qi on Coronary Heart Disease and the Guidance of Clinical Medication—Example of Renyin Year

五运六气理论是用于探究自然规律与疾病发生发展的一门学说,其基于中医“天人相应”的理论基础延伸而来,最早可追溯到《黄帝内经》,将自然与人体和疾病密切结合;运用“脏气法时”理论探究疾病发生的病因病机,为预防诊断及治疗疾病提供指导和借鉴。文章基于运气理论,探究壬寅年的运气特点,通过对壬寅年的气候变化分析,来总结该年气候特点对罹患冠心病的影响及对临床用药进行指导。

The theory of Five Circuits and Six Qi is used to explore the laws of nature and the occurrence and development of diseases.Based on the theoretical basis of“adaptation of human body to natural environment”in traditional Chinese medicine.It can be traced back to the Huangdi Neijing,which closely combines nature with the human body and disease,uses the theory of“dirty gas method”to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,to provide great guidance and reference significance for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Based on the theory of Five Circuits and Six Qi,this article explores the characteristics of the year of Renyin,and summarises the impact of the climate characteristics of the year on coronary heart disease and the clinical use of drugs through the analysis of climate change in the year.
