3M液体敷料联合造口粉在新生儿尿布皮炎的效果研究

Effect of 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder on neonatal diaper dermatitis

目的探究3M液体敷料联合造口粉在新生儿尿布皮炎中的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月岑溪市人民医院收治的100例新生儿尿布皮炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组采用3M液体敷料联合造口粉,对照组采用氧化锌软膏,比较两组患儿潮红消失时间、痊愈所用时间、临床疗效及并发症。结果观察组患儿潮红消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿痊愈所用时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3M液体敷料联合造口粉在新生儿尿布皮炎的治疗中能够更快地减轻症状、加速皮疹的消退和伤口的愈合,有效减少患儿潮红消失时间和处置所耗时长,降低并发症发生率,临床疗效明显,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder on neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods A total of 100 children with neonatal diaper dermatitis admitted to The People's Hospital of Cenxi from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects by random number table method,they were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The observation group was treated with 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder,and the control group was treated with Zinc Oxide Ointment.The disappearance time,recovery time,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of flush in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3M liquid dressing combined with Ostomy Powder in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis can reduce symptoms more quickly,accelerate the fading of rash and wound healing,effectively reduce the disappearance time of flushing in children and the long treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications,the clinical effect is obvious,worthy of promotion.
