3D打印导航板在脊柱外科中的研究进展

摘要 现代临床医疗理念趋向精准化、微创化发展。脊柱外科手术因其特殊的解剖位置,毗邻重要血管、神经,更加需要临床操作的安全性和准确性。3D打印技术以3D图像数据为基本数据,通过专用3D打印计算机软件设计、规划所需3D数字模型,导入打印机后可应用多种材料进行实物打印。3D打印技术是数字信息技术、数字工业技术、生物化学材料等前沿科技结合体,广泛应用于航天材料、工业制造、生物研究以及临床医疗等领域,在临床医疗应用中涉及数字解剖模型构建、器官实物打印、人工假体置换、导航板设计等方面。3D打印导航板技术可以根据临床需要预先规划并设计术中导航通道,具有精准导航、安全定位等特点,在脊柱外科中有巨大发展前景。本文就3D打印导航板在脊柱外科中的研究进展做一综述。 The concept of modern clinical medicine tends to be precise and minimally invasive.Because of its special anatomical location,adjacent to important blood vessels and nerves,spinal surgery requires more safety and accuracy in clinical practice.3D printing technology takes 3D image data as the basic data,designs and plans the required 3D digital model through special 3D printing computer software.After importing the printer,a variety of materials can be used for physical printing.3D printing technology is a combination of digital information technology,digital industrial technology,biochemical materials and other cutting-edge technologies,widely used in aerospace materials,industrial manufacturing,biological research and clinical medical fields,involving digital anatomical model construction,organ physical printing,artificial prosthesis replacement,navigation board design and other aspects of clinical medical applications.3D printing guide plates technology can pre-plan and design intraoperative navigation channels according to clinical needs,and has the characteristics of accurate navigation and safe positioning,which has great development prospects in spinal surgery.This article reviews the research progress of 3D printing guide plates in spinal surgery.
