沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗高血压的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗高血压患者的价值。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院收治的72例高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组36例。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗前后的血压情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.891,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的收缩压、舒张压对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后两组血压均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗高血压能够提升治疗有效率,较好地控制血压,且不提升不良反应的发生率。

Objective To study the value of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods 72 hypertensive patients admitted to Jiaozhou Hospital of Oriental Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups randomly with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium.The treatment efficiency,blood pressure before and after treatment and occurrence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.891,P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were detected before treatment and the differ⁃ences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).The blood pressure of both groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of hypertension can enhance the treatment efficiency,better control of blood pressure,and did not enhance the incidence of adverse reactions.
