依达拉奉右崁醇注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗老年急性脑梗死患者的疗效

Effectiveness of Etaracog Alfa Combined with Clopidogrel in Treating Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

【目的】探讨依达拉奉右崁醇注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗老年急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效。【方法】82例老年ACI患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,对照组患者予以氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依达拉奉右崁醇注射液治疗。比较两组的疗效,治疗前和治疗14 d后两组患者脑后动脉收缩期的平均血流速度(V_(m))、血流峰值(V_(s))、阻力指数(RI),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。【结果】观察组总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的V_(m)、V_(s)、GPx较治疗前均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);RI、NIHSS评分及血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、MDA均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】依达拉奉右崁醇注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗老年ACI,对改善患者脑血流动力学、抑制炎症应激性损伤、恢复脑神经功能均具有促进作用,整体疗效确切且安全性良好。

【Objective】To explore the effectiveness of a combination of Etaracog Alfa injection and clopidogrel in treating elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).【Methods】A total of 82 elderly ACI patients treated were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received clopidogrel treatment,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Etaracog Alfa injection and clopidogrel.The effectiveness of the treatments was compared by measuring various factors before and 14 days after treatment.These included the average blood flow velocity during systole(V_(m))and peak blood flow(V_(s))in the posterior cerebral artery,resistance index(RI),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,and levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),glutathione peroxidase(GPx),and malondialdehyde(MDA).【Results】The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was significantly higher than the 80.49%(33/41)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,V_(m),V_(s),and GPx levels were elevated in both groups,with higher increases in the observation group(P<0.05).RI,NIHSS scores,and levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,and MDA were reduced compared to pre-treatment levels,with greater reductions in the observation group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combination of Etaracog Alfa injection and clopidogrel in treating elderly ACI patients effectively improves cerebral hemodynamics,inhibits inflammatory stress damage,restores neurological function,and is effective and safe overall.
