基于“双师型”名师工作室的轨道交通专业产教融合实践研究--以江苏航运职业技术学院为例

摘要 高素质技术技能人才的培养离不开“双师型”师资队伍。国家出台了一系列推动“双师型”教师建设的文件,高位布局职业教育的发展方向,从以人为本的角度来构建职业教育高质量发展格局。从思想、示范、成员、理念、服务五个维度解析了“双师型”名师工作室团队建设内涵,分析了轨道交通技能人才培养现状,提出通过构建以校企互融的“双师型”名师工作室来推动专业深度产教融合建设,以有效解决产教不融的症结,实现专业高水平提升,推动地方轨道行业的高质量发展。 The cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents can not be separated from the“dual qualified”teaching staff.The state has issued a series of documents to promote the construction of“dual qualified”teachers,to lay out the direction of vocational education at a high level,to construct a high-quality development pattern of vocational education from the people-oriented perspective.It interpretes the connotation of“dual qualified”teacher studio team construction from five dimensions:ideology,demonstration,members,concept and service,analyzes the current situation of rail transit skill talents cultivation,and puts forward the promotion of the construction of deep industry-education integration by constructing a“dual qualified”teacher studio with college-enterprise integration in order to effectively solve the crux of the incompatibility between industry and education,to realize the high level of professional enhancement,and to promote the high-quality development of the local rail transit.
