摘要
来华留学生作为我国与各国民心相通的重要载体,其规模和质量关系我国的国际声誉和影响力。“一带一路”倡议为来华留学生教育发展提供机遇的同时,也带来诸多挑战。在此背景下,要借助信息化手段整合来华留学生管理业务,实现联动机制;树立“以人为本”的教育管理理念,提高管理水平;重视来华留学生心理健康教育,建立健全工作机制;尊重文化差异,促进文化融合,从而全方位提升来华留学生管理工作。
As an important carrier of people’s communication between China and other countries,the scale and quality of international students in China are related to China’s international reputation and influence.While the“Belt and Road”initiative provides opportunities for the development of international student education in China,it also brings many challenges.In this context,it is necessary to integrate the management service of international students with the help of information technology and realize the linkage mechanism;establish“people-oriented”education and management concept and improve the management level;attach importance to the mental health education of international students and establish a sound working mechanism;respect the cultural differences and promote the integration of cultures,so as to improve the management of international students in a comprehensive way.
