基于BOM的民用大飞机全生命周期业务贯通方法

摘要 分析物料清单(BOM)在民用大飞机全生命周期业务活动中的关键作用。通过比较不同BOM数据结构的优势和劣势,研究民用大飞机设计、工艺、制造、服务业务下BOM之间的映射机制。在此基础上实现了民用大飞机全生命周期业务贯通,从而为突破民用大飞机全生命周期业务壁垒、促进民用飞机运营商高效运作提供了新思路。 The critical role of the bill of materials(BOM)throughout the entire life-cycle of commercial large aircraft business activities is analyzed.The mapping mechanisms between BOMs in the design,process,manufacturing,and service sectors of commercial large aircraft by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different BOM data structures are examined.Building on this analysis,an integration of business activities across the entire lifecycle of commercial large aircraft is achieved,thereby offering new insights for breaking through the lifecycle business barriers of commercial aircraft and enhancing the operational efficiency of commercial airline operators.
