大连市建设儿童友好型城市对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Children-friendly City Construction in Dalian

通过分析大连市申报儿童友好型城市建设的自身优势:坚实的经济基础、发展友好的社会环境、强有力的政策保障,指出当前该地儿童友好型城市建设在公共服务、公共基础设施、儿童主体参与等方面存在的短板,提出儿童优先理念先行、公共服务友好、完善公益普惠儿童福利体系、提升城市空间品质的对策建议,助力大连儿童友好型城市建设。

The construction of child-friendly cities in China is receiving increasing attention.This paper examines Dalian's strengths in its effors to become a child-friendly city,including its robust economic base,friendly social environment,and strong policy support.Meanwhile,this research identifies several areas for improvement,such as the deficiencies in public services,infrastructure,and children’s active participation in development.To address these issues,the paper suggests adopting a child-first approach,enhancing child-friendly public services,improving the inclusivity and welfare systems for children,and upgrading the quality of urban space.Hopefully,implementing these strategies will boost Dalian’s development as a child-friendly city.
