基于在线评论的青年公寓居住需求挖掘及空间设计研究

Research on Youth Apartment Residential Demand Mining and Space Design Based on Online Reviews

针对当前青年公寓无法满足青年群体居住需求的问题,文章采用在线评论与LDA主题建模相结合的方法,对青年群体的居住需求进行挖掘,以全面识别居住需求,从而制定设计策略。首先,基于在线评论方法采集“知乎”平台中关于青年公寓的问答数据。其次,基于LDA主题建模方法进行文本挖掘,得到青年群体的居住需求。最后,基于居住需求,制定4条青年公寓室内空间设计的策略。以期提高青年公寓室内设计的合理性,满足青年群体的居住需求。

Aiming at the problem that the current youth apartment cannot meet the living needs of young people,this paper uses the method of combining online comments with LDA thematic modeling to dig the living needs of young people,so as to comprehensively identify the living needs and formulate design strategies.Firstly,Q&A data about youth apartments in Zhihu platform was collected based on online comments.Secondly,text mining is carried out based on LDA subject modeling method to obtain the housing needs of young people.Finally,based on the living needs,the author makes four strategies for the interior space design of youth apartments.In order to improve the rationality of the interior design of the youth apartment,meet the living needs of the youth group.
