摘要
为帮助久坐办公群体养成健身习惯以达成良好的运动干预效果,文章以行为改变理论为基础,探索针对该群体的行为引导型健身产品设计策略。依据行为改变理论,通过问卷收集久坐办公群体的行为数据,使用SPSS进行统计分析后,结合定性调研结果将群体根据行为阶段进行划分,并归纳不同行为阶段的用户特征差异、干预重点和行为改变方法。在此基础上,提出面向久坐办公人群的健身产品设计策略,旨在帮助该群体塑造健康的办公生活形态,为行为引导类健身产品的设计研究提供借鉴。
In order to help sedentary office groups develop fitness habits and achieve good effect of exercise intervention,based on the theory of behavior change,this paper explores the design strategy of behavior guided fitness products for this group.According to the theory of behavior change,the behavior data of sedentary office groups were collected through questionnaires.After statistical analysis by SPSS,combined with the qualitative survey results,the groups were divided according to the behavior stages,and the user characteristics differences,intervention focus and behavior change methods of different behavior stages were summarized.On this basis,a fitness product design strategy for the sedentary office crowd is proposed,which aims to help the group shape a healthy office lifestyle and provide reference for the design and research of behavior guidance fitness products.
