摘要 为提升脑卒中老年人患者术后的康复效果,提出基于KANO模型和TRIZ理论的下肢外骨骼机器人产品设计方法。首先,通过访谈法和文献分析法获取用户需求。其次基于用户需求设计KONA问卷,利用KANO模型计算需求指标的满意度系数,得出各项指标的优先排序,确定产品的功能;依据TRIZ理论的阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵和对应的40条发明原理解决设计方案的矛盾冲突。最后进行设计实践,使用优度评价方法筛选出最优设计方案。针对下肢外骨骼机器人进行创新设计,满足了术后老人的康复需求,以期为今后老年人康复医疗产品设计提供新的思路。 In order to improve the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with stroke after operation,a product design method of lower limb exoskeleton robot based on Kano model and TRIZ theory was proposed.First,the user needs are obtained through interviews and literature analysis.Secondly,the Kona questionnaire is designed based on user needs,and the satisfaction coefficient of demand indicators is calculated by Kano model,and the priority of each indicator is obtained to determine the function of the product;According to the Archie Schuler contradiction matrix of TRIZ theory and the corresponding 40 invention principles,the contradiction and conflict of the design scheme are solved.Finally,the design practice is carried out,and the optimal design scheme is selected by using the optimization evaluation method.The innovative design of the lower limb exoskeleton robot meets the rehabilitation needs of the elderly after surgery,in order to provide new ideas for the design of rehabilitation medical products for the elderly in the future.
