摘要
随着现代生活节奏的加快,人们普遍面临“久坐”和“低头”等不良姿势带来的颈椎肌肉疲劳问题,进而影响睡眠质量。为解决这一问题,此次基于折纸设计了一款人机羽绒枕。该设计灵感来源于折纸艺术的结构美学和变换原理,结合人体正卧、侧卧等不同姿势下的需求,实现枕头分区的可变换翻转功能。为确保人机枕设计的舒适性和实用性,文章采用体压实验测试和原型迭代等多种方法,对羽绒枕原型进行全面评估,并根据体压测试调整方案以及各个分区的羽绒含量和枕高。结果表明,折纸启发的分区人机羽绒枕在支撑性、透气性等方面均表现出色,能提高用户的睡眠体验。以期该研究为产品的创新和优化提供新的思路。
With the acceleration of the pace of modern life,people are generally faced with cervical muscle fatigue caused by"sedentary"and"low head"bad posture,which affects the quality of sleep.In order to solve this problem,a human-machine down pillow is designed based on origami paper.The design is inspired by the structural aesthetics and transformation principle of origami art,combined with the needs of different positions of the human body,such as lying upright and lying on the side,to realize the convertible and reversible function of the pillow partition.In order to ensure the comfort and practicability of human-machine pillow design,this paper uses a variety of methods such as body pressure test and prototype iteration to comprehensively evaluate the prototype of down pillow,and adjusts the scheme and the down content and pillow height of each zone according to the body pressure test.The results show that the zonal human-machine down pillow inspired by origami has excellent performance in support and air permeability,and improves the sleep experience of users.The research is expected to be product innovation and optimization provides new ideas.
