环境动态性、高管认知风格与商业模式创新

Environmental Dynamics,Top Managers’Cognitive Styles and Business Model Innovation

基于166份中高层管理者问卷数据分析,结果发现,环境动态性显著正向影响效率型和新颖型商业模式创新,但两类认知风格对两类商业模式创新的影响机制存在明显差异,高管理性认知在环境动态性和两类商业模式创新之间均起到中介作用,高管直觉认知仅在环境动态性和新颖型商业模式创新之间起到中介作用,环境动态性与新颖型商业模式创新之间的两条中介路径系数存在显著差异,潜调节结构模型(LMS)检验结果表明组织冗余显著正向调节高管直觉认知在环境动态性和新颖型商业模式创新之间的中介作用。

Based on the sample data of 166 middle and top managers’questionnaires,it is found that environmental dynamics significantly influences the efficient BMI and novelty BMI,but there are significant differences in the impact mechanism of the rational and intuitive cognitive styles.Top managers’rationality plays a mediating role between environmental dynamics and efficient/novelty BMI.Top managers’intuition only plays a mediating role between environmental dynamics and novelty BMI.There are significant differences in the coefficients of the two mediation paths.The results of the Latent Moderate Structural Equations(LMS)test show that organizational slack can significantly regulate the mediating role of top managers’intuition between environmental dynamics and novelty BMI.
