摘要
灾难叙事在美国当代小说家唐·德里罗的文学想象中占有重要地位,但学界目前对此尚缺乏综合、深入的探讨。论文从灾难文学的视角出发,以《白噪音》《地下世界》《坠落的人》《K氏零度》为例,考察德里罗对美国当代社会灾难的书写。研究表明德里罗灾难书写的叙事功能体现在描摹灾难、书写创伤和反思灾难、预警未来两个方面,主要叙事手法表现为非线性时间结构和碎片化书写。德里罗具有强烈的灾难意识,其灾难惩罚模式、灾难反叙事和人文救赎思想透露出作家对当今人类世的思考和关怀。
Catastrophe narrative plays an important role in contemporary American novelist Don DeLillo’s literary imagination.However,there is still a lack of comprehensive and in-depth research on this topic in the academic field at home and abroad.From the perspective of catastrophe,this paper takesWhiteNoise,Underworld,FallingMan,andZeroKas examples to examine DeLillo’s narrative of disasters occurring in American contemporary society.The research shows that DeLillo’s catastrophe narrative is embodied in describing disaster,writing trauma,triggering reflection and warning.The main narrative techniques are nonlinear time structure and fragmented writing.His oeuvres show a strong sense of disaster and care for the anthropocene,which reflects in his disaster punishment narrative model,counter-narrative and humanistic redemption ideas.
