高校“一站式”学生社区就业教育模式探索

促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业是新时代高校育人的重要使命。目前,高校面临着市场需求快速发展与就业教育的滞后性、人才素质要求不断提高与就业教育的落后性、招聘形式的多样化与就业教育的单一性等挑战。“一站式”学生社区的就业教育模式具有提升就业教育响应力、适应性、针对性、亲和力、实践性、创新性、全程化和立体化等优势,能有效促进大学生高质量充分就业。为此,高校可围绕“一站式”学生社区这1个平台,通过畅通信息渠道、提升服务水平、凝聚多元力量、深化价值引领4条路径,汇聚N个手段,积极构建“一站式”学生社区就业教育“1+4+N”模式,向大学生提供更全面、更高水平的就业教育。

Promoting high-quality and sufficient employment for college graduates is an important mission of higher education in the new era.Currently,colleges and universities are facing challenges such as the rapid development of market demand and the lag in employment education,the continuous improvement of talent quality requirements and the backwardness of employment education,as well as the diversification of recruitment forms and the monotony of employment education.The“one-stop”student community-based employment education model has advantages in enhancing the responsiveness,adaptability,pertinence,affinity,practicality,innovation,whole-process,and three-dimensional of employment education,effectively promoting high-quality and sufficient employment for college students.Therefore,colleges and universities can focus on the“one-stop”student community platform,and actively construct the“one-stop”student community employment education“1+4+N”model by smoothing information channels,improving service levels,consolidating multiple forces,and deepening value guidance,with the aim of providing more comprehensive and higher-level employment education for college students.
