昭苏县景区马文化解说系统游客满意度研究

Study on tourist satisfaction of horse culture interpretation system in Zhaosu County scenic area

旅游业发展中有诸多制约因素,解说系统作为关键因素,直接影响游客满意度。文章通过问卷调查的方式,运用IPA分析法对问卷数据进行分析,根据研究结果对昭苏县旅游景区马文化解说系统优化提出建议:加强讲解人员培训、完善标识牌设计、增加宣传单页投放、丰富解说设备种类、提高解说内容质量等,为今后完善昭苏县旅游景区马文化解说系统以及提高游客体验满意度提供参考。

There are many restrictive factors in the development of tourism,and interpretation system,as a key factor,directly affects the satisfaction of tourists.By means of questionnaire survey and IPA analysis method,this paper analyzes the questionnaire data,and according to the research results,puts forward suggestions for the optimization of horse culture interpretation system in Zhaosu County tourist attractions:Strengthen the training of interpreters,improve the design of signboards,increase the release of leaflets,enrich the types of interpretation equipment,and improve the quality of interpretation content,etc.,so as to provide references for improving the horse culture interpretation system of Zhaosu County tourist attractions and enhancing touristsexperience satisfaction in the future.
