在新医改政策出台的大环境下,医药流通企业为找准战略发展着力点,应梳理财务管理新理念,积极引进新的管理模式,推动财务部门的改革升级。而借助财务共享模式和业财融合,能够有效提升企业信息化水平,消除业财壁垒,实现资源最大化利用。但就目前情况来看,部分医药流通企业业财融合面临诸多问题。基于此,文章首先就财务共享模式进行简要概述,其次就财务共享模式下医药流通企业业财融合发展困境及策略展开探讨,期望本课题的研究成果能够为业内同行提供新的思维支点。

In the context of the new healthcare reform policy,pharmaceutical distribution enterprises should clarify new financial management concepts,actively introduce new management models,and promote the reform and upgrading of the financial department in order to identify strategic development priorities.By leveraging the financial sharing model and the integration of business and finance,the level of enterprise informatization can be effectively improved,barriers to business and finance can be eliminated,and resource maximization can be achieved.However,based on the current situation,some pharmaceutical distribution enterprises are facing many problems in the integration of business and finance.Based on this,this article first provides a brief overview of the financial sharing model,and then explores the development difficulties and strategies of the integration of business and finance in pharmaceutical distribution enterprises under the financial sharing model.It is hoped that the research results of this topic can provide new thinking points for industry peers.
