Real problems and path optimization of internet economy anti-monopoly regulation

数字经济的发展带动了市场的逐利驱动与信息算法的高度融合,市场垄断形态变得日益错综复杂,致使滥用市场支配地位的现象频发。然而,鉴于网络经济模式与传统经济模式存在显著差异,当前中国的反垄断相关法律尚无法完全适应互联网行业反垄断的实际需求。因此,文章拟对我国目前新型垄断的形态进行深入剖析,对其形成机理和潜在风险进行全面阐明,并揭示其治理困境,以期能探索出更为有效的互联网平台垄断行为规制策略。

The development of digital economy has led to a high degree of integration of profit-driven market and information algorithm,and the market monopoly has become increasingly complex,resulting in frequent abuse of market dominance.However,in view of the significant differences between the network economic model and the traditional economic model,the current Chinese anti-monopoly law is still unable to fully adapt to the actual needs of anti-monopoly in the internet industry.Therefore,this paper intends to deeply analyze the form of the new monopoly in our country,comprehensively clarify its formation mechanism and potential risks,and reveal its governance dilemma,in order to explore more effective regulation strategies of internet platform monopoly behavior.
