摘要 随着产业转型升级、科技进步和人口结构变化,人力资源市场劳动力相对短缺和供求结构性矛盾凸显,产业转型升级和技术进步对人力资源需求更趋专业化,网络科技发展带动了招聘与求职形式、劳动用工方式和就业形态发生新变化,推动了人力资源市场灵活性变革。传统公共就业服务在服务内容、服务方式和服务能力等多方面需要提档升级,实现与人力资源市场协同发展,为推动高质量发展提供强有力的服务支撑。 With the transformation and upgrading of industries,technological progress,and changes in population structure,the relative shortage of labor in the human resources market and the structural contradiction between supply and demand have become more prominent.The transformation and upgrading of industries and technological progress have led to a more specialized demand for human resources.The development of network technology has driven new changes in recruitment and job seeking forms,labor employment methods,and employment forms,promoting the flexibility transformation of the human resources market.Traditional public employment services need to be upgraded in terms of service content,service methods,and service capabilities,in order to achieve coordinated development with the human resources market and provide strong service support for promoting high-quality development.
